DOP Agent Portal: Login Process
- Visit the official DOP website (https://dopagent.indiapost.gov.in/). This opens the home page of the portal.
- Provide credentials, such as ID of the Agent, Password and the captcha for human verification on the Agent Login section of the home page; Click on ‘Login’ after this.
- Once the user has logged in, the dashboard section of the portal will ask for a password reset.
- The department initially issues a default password, that can be changed to a difficult one to ensure maximum security.
- Click on ‘Accounts’ option and select ‘Agent’ to refresh and arrive at the desired content page.
- All the information on the linked accounts for the specific agent will be provided.
- You require setting up a mode of payment (such as cash or DOP cheque/non-cheque) and finally select the accounts for which you want to make the payment.
- Make all necessary entries and click on ‘Save’ to get all the details stored in the portal.
DOP Agent Portal: Password Reset Process
- Visit the official DOP website (https://dopagent.indiapost.gov.in/). This opens the home page of the portal.
- Under the Login section of the home webpage, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
- On the new page redirected to, provide the User ID and other details asked for and tap on ‘Send OTP’.
- An OTP will be officially sent to you on you registered phone number and email.
- Enter the same in the page and click on ‘Verify’.
- The password reset webpage will be available now. Create a new password and use it to log in to the dashboard.
