Have you ever seen those Facebook advertisements promoting inexpensive, stylish, and adorable clothing? Or maybe you’ve seen your favorite YouTubers snatch apparel off those Facebook ad Sheingivesback websites and look adorable on camera? You’ve probably always wondered whether these firms are legitimate or a fraud, and the likelihood is that the answer is yes.
Scammers are once again targeting Shein, the well-known online clothes company. This time, they are taking advantage of TikTok to advertise a fictitious programmer for product reviewers called “Shein Gives Back,” which offers participants an $800 gift card upon signing up at SheinGivesBack.com. But in actuality, this programmer is really an elaborate hoax meant to collect users’ personal information and maybe cheat them. The “Shein” scam will be discussed in this post along with precautions you may take to avoid being a victim of it.
China-based Shein is a low-cost e-commerce company. Nonetheless, there are rumours that Shein will also create physical storefronts. They provide stylish apparel at much discounted costs. Over the years, I’ve placed orders with them totaling more over $600 for apparel.
What SHEIN Gives Offer?
On TikTok and other platforms, a phone programmer dubbed “SHEIN ” that clothe reviews products has been going viral. Those who register at Sheingivesback[.]com will get $750 in gift cards as part of the programmer.
How the Shein Scam Works
Popular TikTok videos and other social media platforms are used to promote clothe reviews. The fraudulent offer purports to be a chance to earn a $800 Shein card by reviewing products for Shein.
Sadly, Sheingivesback is merely another phishing scam designed to get personal data from potential victims. There is a genuine risk of identity theft and financial fraud for a user who complies and provides credentials throughout the registration process.
Popular TikTok videos with an example text message that offers huge profits for just joining up are being used to promote the SHEIN Gives hoax. Your information will be collected when you do this, however, since you’ll be sent to fraudulent websites like rewardsgiantusa[.]com.
Prior to obtaining the illusive gift card, you’ll also be required to complete a number of transactions and activities, many of which will need payment. This is ultimately just a traditional phishing scam and has nothing to do with any affiliation with the genuine SHEIN company. The Sheingivesback[.]com scam should be avoided, as best advised.

Ads on social media can suggest that you can join the reviewer programmer to get a $750 reward. Still, this is a SCAM! Continue not interacting with these websites.
